Chamber Member - $500

Non-Member - $650

• Complimentary exhibitor table or booth at the Business Expo (sponsors receive priority placement within the event layout)

• Logo and business name featured on event signage

• Recognition in all event marketing materials, including digital and print promotions

Note: Booth placement is assigned by the Chamber to ensure optimal event layout and balanced industry representation. Placement priority is based on registration date.

Logo submission deadline for inclusion on printed event banners.

Final sponsorship registration deadline.

Sponsors registering after March 6 may not be included on printed signage but will still receive website and social media recognition.

Exhibit at the 2026 Business Expo

Join us as a vendor at the Elbert County Chamber 2026 Business Expo and showcase your business to local residents, families, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to build relationships, generate leads, and support our local business community.

Vendor Registration

Chamber Member Vendor - $25

Non-Member Vendor - $40

Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Note: Booth placement is assigned by the Chamber to ensure optimal event layout and balanced industry representation.

Booth Details

Event Time: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event
Setup and tear-down instructions and times will be emailed prior to the event
Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs

Note: If you require electricity, please indicate this during registration. Power access is limited and will be assigned based on availability.

Attendee Engagement Activities

To help drive consistent traffic to vendor booths, the Expo will feature:

Expo Passport Challenge (Adults)
Attendees collect stamps from participating booths and enter to win prizes
Kids Activity Bingo
Kids can visit designated Kid Activity Booths to complete their Bingo card and enter to win special prizes.
Prize giveaways

Vendors will receive instructions on how to participate in these activities.

Swag Bags & Giveaways (Optional)

Vendors are encouraged to increase visibility by:

Donating promotional items (coupons, small branded items, etc.) for swag bags
Contributing a prize item for event drawings

Swag drop-off instructions will be provided via email.

Vendor Deadlines

Final Vendor Registration Deadline: April 17, 2026

Space may sell out prior to the deadline.

Vendor Expectations

To ensure a professional and successful event:

Vendors must remain for the full event (no early teardown)
Displays must stay within assigned space
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, materials, setup items, and display security
