Setup and tear-down instructions and times will be emailed prior to the event
Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs
Note: If you require electricity, please indicate this during registration. Power access is limited and will be assigned based on availability.
To help drive consistent traffic to vendor booths, the Expo will feature:
Expo Passport Challenge (Adults)
Attendees collect stamps from participating booths and enter to win prizes
Kids Activity Bingo
Kids can visit designated Kid Activity Booths to complete their Bingo card and enter to win special prizes.
Prize giveaways
Vendors will receive instructions on how to participate in these activities.
Vendors are encouraged to increase visibility by:
Donating promotional items (coupons, small branded items, etc.) for swag bags
Contributing a prize item for event drawings
Non-Vendors can add a swag items for $25
Swag drop-off instructions will be provided via email.

To ensure a professional and successful event:
Vendors must remain for the full event (no early teardown)
Displays must stay within assigned space
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, materials, setup items, and display security
The Business Expo is free to attend and open to the public.
