We met in Vail, Colorado, where our shared love for coffee sparked a dream—to roast beans from Erika’s family farm in Copán Ruinas, Honduras, and share them with the world. Inspired by Joe’s father, Maynard Hulm, whose visits to the farm and playful pose with a dancing jaguar sculpture in the Copán ruins gave our brand its name, we launched Dancing Jaguar Coffee in 2021. Since then, we’ve grown as a couple, a business, and a community—opening our second location in 2025 and working hand in hand with small farmers, especially women, to bring meaningful, high-quality coffee from our hearts to your cup.
Located inside a charming antique boutique. Farm to Table, Cup by Cup. We roast our own beans from our family farm in Honduras— the only coffee roaster in Elbert County bringing you fresh, specialty graded coffee straight from the source. Roasted locally and brewed fresh.
