Elizabeth Park & Recreation District (EPR District) is a special district serving the Elizabeth, Colorado community, based out of Evans Park at 34201 County Road 17. Our mission is to provide parks, open space, trails, and recreational programming that enhance quality of life for local residents.

The District offers year-round youth and adult sports programs and community activities, including seasonal sports leagues like fall soccer, the Kids Club summer day camp and before-school childcare program at Running Creek and Singing Hills, and partnerships such as a Missoula Theatre summer camp. It has also collaborated with the Town of Elizabeth and Elizabeth School District on a community-wide Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Master Plan, reflecting its broader role in shaping recreational spaces and community engagement across the district.
