While I absolutely believe that traditional western medicine is important and serves a tremendous purpose, there is a need now more than ever for alternative means of reducing stress, relaxing and finding peace within this chaotic time we find ourselves in. When we alleviate trauma and stress from our mind and body, it helps to balance the body. When the body is in balance, it has the incredible ability to heal itself. I am truly honored when I am able to hold space for someone and facilitate a session to help them experience that very thing for themselves.

All my services, Reiki, Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH), Neurographic and Intuitive Art, I offer work towards this same outcome. Although each modality is uniquely beautiful, they are all heart and intention based for the highest good and highest outcome for the needs of the individual I am working with.
