We connect transitioning service members and veterans to high-paying careers in energy, from craft trades and project management to executive leadership, while fostering the community and mission-driven purpose veterans carry from their time in uniform. Veterans make up just 10% of the energy workforce today. Our mission is to double that. Through workforce development, professional networking, and peer mentorship, we bridge the gap between the 200,000 service members leaving the military each year and an industry that needs their leadership, discipline, and technical expertise.
