The farm is home to over 180 species of orchids, birds, and butterflies, and has recently earned a spot in the prestigious Cup of Excellence pre-selection process. The brand's name was inspired by Joe's father, Maynard Hulm, who playfully posed with a dancing jaguar sculpture at the ancient Copán ruins during a farm visit — a moment that perfectly captured the spirit of the brand. Erika and Joe are passionate advocates for women's empowerment, ensuring the women of Finca San Isidro play a central role in every step of the process, from harvesting to quality control.
